So far, Hoot , by Carl Hiaasen, is one of my favorite books. I loved this book and couldn’t put it down all summer because the detail was great and I loved how three kids tried to save burrowing owls. I would gladly recomend this book to my mom because she would also love the fact how Beatrice, Mullet Fingers, and Roy tried to save the owls. If I could think of another name for the wonderful story, I would name it ” A Boy Called Mullet Fingers….” Because in order and detail it tells the events he did. This book is full of exciment and a well written book. If I ever find time, I might read it again.
